Where do you ship from?

• I ship from the United Kingdom.

Do you ship to "___"?

• I ship across the UK and to most EU countries, as long as Royal Mail and DPD allow me. I do not currently ship to the US due to tariffs.
  
  
• If you want to inquire about a country not on the shipping list, please submit a contact form

My order is lost, what do I do?

• Please contact your local post office first and turn to me if any additional info/action is needed from me. I understand how frustrating the situation is. However, I cannot take responsibility for nor control what happens once the package leaves my hands.

Will I have to pay customs?

• Unfortunately, customs fees are out of my hands - you may have to pay these if you order from outside the UK.
